Demi Lovato

Demetria Demetria "Demi" Lovato was born in Dallas, Texas. Her parents are Patrick Martin Lovato and Dianna Dela Garza. Demi was child actress on the TV show 'Barney & Friends'. It was then that they were cast in an Disney Channel short called "As the Bell Rings" and then landed the part of the lead in the movie Camp Rock. Demi Lovato composed three tracks for the soundtrack of Camp Rock when filming the film. She's released numerous singles in the years since. in 2009 Lovato became the protagonist in the show "Sonny with A Chance', a Disney Channel show. In 2012, they joined the judges of The X Factor, a television show that features a competition between singers and songwriters. Lovato is a former Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader. Her mother Dianna Lovato also was a singer and country musician. His paternal half-sister Amber was born in 1983; their big sister Dallas is also a singer and actress.
